@TUIUK 2/2 Aware it was a global outage but people were distraught with no information and we were left in 46 degree heat with all the baggage and at a hotel that didn’t have air conditioning!!!
It was utter neglect

@TUIUK 1/2 Never got ANY guidance, no tui rep in site, ushered into a bus and then took to a hotel left to rot for hours and then picked up with again no rep present and NO information from anyone, no update via email/app

@schuhHELP I got a large delivery for yourselves came In this massive box, lots of the ordering is going back so I’ve repacked in this box. Completed the relevant return bits and went to send with in post…. The box doesn’t fit in the lockers as it’s to big but this is what it came in!
