@MartinSLewis Last year my insurance was £700 this year £1800. I had to pay it as shopped around and this was the lowest amount. So sad 🤦🏽‍♀️

Medical profession is devalued? What about the consultant nurses (their numbers at the current time are few as they are extremely rare & highly educated/experienced) who without the bedside manner of a chair should be recognised for their qualifications?

There are serious questions to be asked about the safety of non medical consultants working on a medical consultant rota. Medicine thinks it’s an evidence based field, but then we let trusts pull shenanigans like putting consultant AHPs on a medical stroke rota.

Nurses are scared as they are threatened with a day of no pay so that they can be on the picket line @GMB that’s why only a small amount of nursing staff were out. As @patcullen9 said - we made sure strikes were SAFE! That is our main priority #patientsafety
