@TT2Limited everybody who has rejected my appeal, responded to my complaint and have spoke to on the phone have confirmed they can see it was a genuine mistake but if they can see that, why can’t they accept my appeal?

@TT2Limited your customer service is shocking. I keep being told ‘the appeal was rejected because you didn’t pay on time’ while saying they can see we paid on time IN THE SAME PHONE CALL?

@TT2Limited I find it unbelievable that I can top up my tt2 app BEFORE my journey, to then get a utcn, 3 rejected appeals, and then the toll charge is added onto the penalty??? When the money is sat on my app???

@TT2Limited I received a UTCN even when my account had the correct toll amount on before I even entered the tunnel, I have appealed these charges 3 times and not a single one of your appeal workers seem to have common sense.
