Then when I have, I get no call back when I’ve been told I would and when I call back these no details of anything I’ve said even though I’ve had two calls that have lasted 2hrs

@CenterParcsUK Sent you a DM. Also at the time you were offering cash refunds Due to the lockdown of I think £100 or £100 off to rebook. I choose to rebook but wondered if we still get the cash back offer too or will I miss out now as didn’t take it before and chose to rebook

@CenterParcsUK I called to defer my date 2 days ago. I was told to wait for few days to do so as to get the £100 Ofter to transfer to next year. Now your not open till the date I’m meant to arrive on the 17th April. what am I meant to do?! #failed40th

@CP_UK_Longleat Hi... I’m due to come to CP on the 17th April for my 40th celebrations. With everything that’s going on can I please transfer my date to April next year? I’ve also seen that you are offering £100 off to transfer is this correct as if so I will upgrade after everything.
