He’s going to have the players more prepared to play by recruiting? To me that says: “we aren’t great coaches so we need great players to make up for our deficiencies.” 😅

Luke Fickell on what he thinks he could have done differently as a coach this season:

"In the big picture in the whole, you've gotta make sure you've got guys prepared. When things happened, maybe we weren't built and prepared enough to have those other guys go into the ball game."

Said it will be addressed in practice and through recruiting. Also mentioned potentially making quarterbacks (not starter) "live" in practice.
