My MQ3 takes 30 seconds to connect with VD. Consider trying it if you aren’t.

I was fairly certain it’s cause having a clip on cover for a laser rating that high wasn’t allowed.

@Lythixz @Yukiteru_OwO @SaccuVR One thing I’ve found out from BSB discord and friends who also use BSB is the gasket is the cause of a lot of issues. 3D scan is not an end all be all solution for custom fit gaskets.

Went through 3 iterations of a DIY gasket which gave me various behaviors before being perfect

moved from Q3 cause space calibrator didn’t work well with my environment. Constant drift even with a 3.0 on the headset
BSB needs good alignment on the face where meta doesn’t.

@josethevrtech Agree completely. Unique expectations will be established and there will be a clear line within the VR/AR industry. I hope valve sets an expectation for consumer friendly hardware that won’t drive its price up cause it wants to have a hand in a different market.

@whatdahopper Have you noticed any problems with glare? I am toying with the idea of going bsb1 or the new Steam Frame. Obv no one knows ab the Frame but I have heard a lot about glare on the BSB1. Can I ask your opinion that as well as the idea of the two?

Playing CS a lot, the cache eats a game like that up. Especially the new series. 7800x3d or better you wont regret it.
