you know what is tax terrorism. i got a call from GST officer in etawah that your vehicle is siezed. i asked the reason so he said because you sold this monocarton box at rs 8.4 while market price should be rs 10.
it is a total harassment. too much for ease of business in india.
@GST_Council How do you calculate the market price of customised item. he asked me the bribe of Rs 25000. i have a recording of entire conversation. Name of the officer is S K Tripathi. this gentleman is asking for bribe again n again.

If action is not taken against him i seriously dont how to run our industries.

ब्रांच मैनेजर ने तो साफ कह दिया कि मैं कुछ नहीं कर सकता, पैसे आपने ही भेजे होंगे, आपकी गलती है।

फिर भी मैंने ऑनलाइन शिकायत पोर्टल और साइबर क्राइम में मामला दर्ज कराया और अपने स्तर से हर संभव प्रयास करता रहा, क्योंकि बैंक से कोई सहयोग नहीं मिला।

अब 21 जुलाई की शाम को बैंक से फोन आता है आप बैंक आइए, आपसे बात करनी है।

मैं गया, तो उसने कहा हम आपके पैसे वापस करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, लेकिन जो एप्लिकेशन आपने साइबर थाना में दी है, वो वापस ले आइए और हमें दे दीजिए, ताकि हम उसे ईमेल कर सकें।

मैं साइबर थाना गया तो सर ने साफ कहा बैंक में इस एप्लिकेशन का क्या काम? हम इसे वापस नहीं देंगे।

अब बैंक वाले मुझसे रिक्वेस्ट कर रहे हैं कि एप्लिकेशन लेकर आइए, और इधर साइबर थाना देने से मना कर रहा है।
अब समझ नहीं आ रहा, मैं क्या करूं?
