Totally ridiculous @ElectrifyAm 26kW rate of charge at #03 charger from FoodMaxx, Newark CA. Also #01 was giving me only 5kW yes 5kW ... bravo, great user experience !! @RateYourCharge

@ElectrifyAm As you may have noticed I am talking about 2 locations: FoodMaxx Newark but also Brookvale Fremont. I talked with several people at those stations and they are all very frustrated by those recurring issues !

@ElectrifyAm @RateYourCharge FoodMaxx, Newark #01 and #04 still down today. 2 persons from Signet at the station so I nicely asked them to check: #04 needed a power cycling due to breaker issue. #01 has broken SUV board, needs replacement. Why do I have to do your work ?!?

@mrekset @pluginsites Yes and @ElectrifyAm should drastically improve their uptime and maintenance processes. That's why I decided to push the initial tweet. We are all really annoyed to wait for so long before their chargers are repaired.

@Shmoe @pluginsites You are transforming the real facts. As I said, they went to the main cabinets to surely shutdown what they had to. They are folks from Signet, the OEM building those chargers, so they know their maintenance and diagnostic procedures. Simple as that.

Another bad day with @ElectrifyAm chargers: on #01 we have 55kW max with 73F battery / 56% soc ... that's so lame and EA is not fixing their chargers when we have reported those issues many times. On #03 a person is charging at 19kW only with a MachE / 56% soc. @RateYourCharge
