🚨 A BIDEN JUDGE JUST RULED IT'S NOT A FEDERAL CRIME FOR NONCITIZENS TO VOTE IN FEDERAL ELECTIONS.

Judge David Leibowitz in Miami tossed the case against a Jamaican national accused of voting in our elections for years with a fake birth certificate. He ruled that the 1996 law making noncitizen voting a federal crime is unconstitutional because only the states get to set voter qualifications.

Let that sink in. These are federal elections for President and Congress, and a federal judge just said the federal government can't punish a foreigner for voting in them. Reports say about 45 more of these cases are pending around the country, and we're 33 days from the midterms.

Florida can still go after her under state law, thank God. DOJ needs to appeal this immediately, because American elections belong to American citizens and nobody else. 🇺🇸

Between the news today that Iran is linked to the foiled airbase attack in the UK, and the Omani pilot hijacking a plane full of Israelis out of Dubai today, it sure looks like Muslims are back to hijacking planes and sabotaging aircraft to kill non-Muslims in the name of Islam.

Keep this in mind this November, as Senate Democrats and the DSA candidates want to abolish ICE and DHS.

The hyper-spread of Islam in our country must be addressed at all levels of government.  Federal immigration enforcement, including denaturalization, deportation, strict control of the issuance of VISA, and the identification of countries from which immigration of any kind must be frozen, including those that harbor terror groups and fund terrorism.

At the state and especially local levels, zoning and planning boards must be manned by patriots.  The zoning and planning regulations, rules, ordinances, etc., must be used against the building of these massive, segregated Islamist fortresses, including mosques, student/community centers, etc., focusing on noise, traffic, public safety, etc.  Know your local rules.  Imams and others already in this country who are preaching in ways that present serious national security issues and urge violence in our country should be reported to Department of State, DHS, and DOJ.  

Federal agencies should look at the full array of existing legal and regulatory authorities they already have, interpret them broadly, and use them to take administrative and, if necessary, legal proceedings against these entities and individuals.  The Treasury Department should already be tracking foreign government's laundering of funds into our country in order to finance the land purchases and construction of these facilities.  The IRS should be investigating the flow of foreign funds into our country, whether by governments or individuals, for NROs, legal groups, front groups, and terror-related groups that are involved in mass migration and funding these operations.

Congressional Republicans should be reviewing existing legislation relating to immigration, national security, non-profits, etc., and conduct oversight hearings to determine what is being done and what more must be done.  The Democrats will not allow new legislation.  They will filibuster it in the Senate.  But the purpose of the hearings would be to ensure the forceful and broad application of existing legislation in coordination with the executive branch.  

There are many avenues that must be pursued immediately.
