ChatGPT Images 2.5 is good for business strategy too.
At a @Lojas_Renner store in Brazil, I saw this jeans display and wondered: how far could the new image model of @OpenAI take one simple observation?
So I tested it.
Independent experiment, not a Renner project.
What interested me most wasn’t the image quality.
It was seeing the model help me think through the problem, moving from an observation to something concrete enough to discuss, challenge and test.
🤯 That feels much closer to a strategy tool.

Finally, I pushed it toward rollout: store formats, installation flow, merchandising logic and governance.
Still a concept, not validated retail engineering or proof of sales uplift.
But now it was concrete enough to discuss and test.
The next frontier isn’t making AI sound even more human.
It’s learning how humans and AI should live together responsibly.
Curious what the team thinks.

I just spent about 40 minutes talking with GPT-Live in ChatGPT.
Something clicked.
The breakthrough isn’t that AI sounds more human.
It’s that, after a few minutes, I completely forgot about prompts.
I wasn’t “using AI” anymore.
I was just thinking out loud.

We’re teaming up @Palmeiras, the first football club to meaningfully build upon TacticAI: our AI system that can help simulate field scenarios and predict open play dynamics up to 8 seconds in advance. ⚽
