THE QUIET RIZQ NO ONE TALKS ABOUT
•Waking up rested
•A child hugging you for no reason
•Peace while praying
•A home that smells like food and safety
•Parents making du‘a for you
•Friends who check on you without benefit
•Being able to cry in sujood
•Health that lets you stand, walk, eat, breathe
•A heart that still softens at Qur’an
•Laughter after a heavy day
•Silence when you need it most
•The ability to forgive
•Having enough, even if not much
•A bed to sleep in, a roof above you
•Allah concealing your sins
Not all Rizq shows up in your bank account. Some of it lives in your daily moments unseen, but priceless.
Alhamdulillah.
Suspending postgraduate trainees for demanding justice after the horrific acid attack on Dr Mahnoor Nasir is not discipline, it is intimidation.
The real misconduct is failing to protect doctors inside hospitals, then punishing those who raise their voice.
A PGR was attacked with acid on duty. Instead of ensuring security, accountability and justice, the system is targeting her colleagues.
This action must be withdrawn immediately. Inquiry should be against the attackers and security failure, not against doctors asking for justice.
Justice for Dr Mahnoor Nasir. Protection for every healthcare worker.
as a practising doctor, i'm sorry for what had happened to mahnoor
as a woman, it is an attack on me
as a nation, it is a slap on the guardians of women
i wish, i could do something for her

SubhanAllah… today the Ustadh asked a question that made the entire class freeze:
“Who are you in the story of Musa and Khidr?”
Naturally, we all thought the answer was Musa. It wasn’t.
What he said next completely shattered my perspective on surah kahf
@MariaBalochPK it's so disheartening, May she rest in the highest place in jannah but too many female kids are suffering the same somewhere else and every time, anyone dies, it comes to the light but nothing happens. Yah Allah.
Even the Prophet ﷺ walked away from spaces that dishonored him. You don't lose strength by leaving. You lose yourself by staying where you're shrinking. Read that again
Shutdown of Islamabad shows mindset of rulers. Lives disrupted for days without negotiations starting! Because they don't give a damn what impact it has on lives of ordinary Pakistani's! Flight from USA is 13 hours. How incompetent is security team which can't shutdown city in that time? #IslamabadTalks
Eat healthy, meditate, stretch, practice breath work, ground in nature, lay in the sun, spend time with loved ones, read a new book, write down your thoughts and goals.
Do whatever it takes to heal your mind, body, and soul.
Be boring. Live your life your way. Go to bed at 9. Wake up at 5. Eat simple foods. Go for 2 hour walks. Read 900 page books. Avoid drama. The world chases excitement. More noise. More excitement. But you chase real. Things that align with your soul. A calm routine. A quiet mind. A healthy body. A small circle. A private life. Shit that make you feel like you. Depth over noise. Always...
Your mental health gets better once you understand how to stay playful and relaxed. You don’t need to chase opportunities, you need to enjoy becoming the kind of person who gets lucky, then get rid of your ego and put yourself in situations where the odds are in your favor.
Wallahi, if a woman walks out of the delivery room alive, it is a miracle, I need men to understand, If she walks out with her child alive and well, it is a great miracle. We speak about childbirth as if it is routine, but in that room, a woman stands between life and death.
