@SeeDaneRun@FedEx Good luck with this. Had a claim go through @FedEx two years ago with a similar issue. FedEx ended up issuing a refund check but their process is to issue it to the shipper, who then claimed to never receive the check (gigantic multinational). $22k into the void.

@FedEx what’s going on with your hiring process? The recruiters are not looking at what your job announcements. They are not looking at what the applicants say they can work. They are processing and calling people for time slots they cannot work. It’s a waste of time.
