@SeeDaneRun@FedEx Good luck with this. Had a claim go through @FedEx two years ago with a similar issue. FedEx ended up issuing a refund check but their process is to issue it to the shipper, who then claimed to never receive the check (gigantic multinational). $22k into the void.
@RedactedDeGen@RobertFreundLaw I guess I fail to see how this isn't protected as Pattie's work is transformative in nature. I'm not a lawyer but my understanding was that if a work is transformative it is fair use. I'm sure it's more complicated than that.

@MarkCoffin14@EastCarolina Cheating was/is rampant at ECU. I saw it regularly as a student and after graduating as a proctor. There are some great programs there but the majority of undergraduates have little academic rigor.
