Happy New Month!
The year is moving quickly.
Don't spend the remaining months regretting what you didn't do.
Instead, ask yourself:
"What can I still accomplish with the time I have?"
There is power in finishing well.
Keep showing up.
And if you don’t want to do it alone, you don’t have to.
Sometimes what you need isn’t motivation, it’s a growth partner who sees the blind spots you’ve ignored.
If this sounds like you,
send me “PARTNER” in my DM.
Let’s talk.
I spoke with two brilliant founders recently.
They’re doing great work.
Delivering results for brands.
Helping other businesses grow.
But here’s the problem 👇
They have zero energy left for their own brand.
This is the quiet struggle of many service providers on LinkedIn.
They build everyone else’s visibility…
while theirs stays invisible.
You don’t need to wait until a contract ends to start showing up.
Put the same structure, strategy, and energy into your own brand.
I asked one of them a simple question:
👉 “Your clients found you because of your brand. If this contract ends today, where do you go back to?”
Silence.
Because the truth is:
When the contract ends, your brand is what remains.
And if you’ve neglected it, you start from scratch.
They can replicate results for clients effortlessly,
yet struggle to do the same for themselves.
Posting feels awkward.
Talking about their own wins feels “weird.”
Building their personal brand keeps getting postponed.
@russellbrunson Waiting for permission, you're just wasting your time.
Have and irresistible offer, package it well. Then have a small lead magnet to attract people, then tell them about your offer as the best expert to solve their problems.
That is how to navigate the process.
@Nicolascole77 Focus on high leverage tasks that yields more income and outsource the low leverage tasks.
That is how to execute Luke a CEO even as a founder of a business.
@iksly2 You've done well, outbound strategy works well on LinkedIn. Understand DMing very well and you are good to go.
Spoke to a ckinet yesterday about it and gave her few tips to work on.
@HopeRemy I've been on LinkedIn for 3 years now as a LinkedIn strategist and ghostwriter for founders and entrepreneurs
You need to be good in writing. Talk about what you do, what you've helped clients achieve etc.
