Supposed to be a spam account but then I added a profile picture. Tweets are still spam worthy. Lots of mum complaints but I still love it. 🇵🇸 forever.
I can't fathom why "natural birth" is something to aspire to. Why are so many women obsessed with the idea of not having pain management during a major medical event like what does that accomplish
Bengalis are so weird man. How is it this is the first time you’re seeing my baby and the first thing you say is she’s lost weight??? It’s just default in them to say the same comments I swear
if you’re a mom on here talking about how you don’t shower for 72 hours straight, can’t change your clothing, can’t perform basic hygiene because your baby is just inconsolably attached at your hip, im going to assume that your husband absolutely hates you
Realising I have pretty curly hair in my very late teens when I was 100% very much committed to my hijab at that point still makes me a bit sad 10 years later looool. Wish I discovered it in my non hijab years 😂
Ok my hot take is that I’m anti pouches. Like the snack pouches with applesauce and other mushy things in them. It’s not even primarily the ingredients, I just don’t want my baby to eat from a pouch. It feels dehumanizing or something. I’m not anti purees at all, and I’d be more ok with squeezing a pouch into a bowl and feeding it to her with a spoon. I’m also anti go-gurt for the same reason 🤣 I’m not anti freezies (for older kids) though which is probably inconsistent.
Please don’t come for me, I’ve never actually fed a baby food and maybe I’ll be humbled when she starts solids. I just have a visceral reaction to pouches 😂
It’s crazy that X Factor had an ‘Over 25s’ category. 11 year old me was sat there thinking they were so brave for trying to achieve their dreams at such a late stage in life
one of my top pieces of advice to new moms is to ignore almost everything they hear from someone whose youngest baby is now an adult.
they just don’t remember. they think they remember, but they’re actually remembering in vague terms what it’s like to have a 9 month old.
This is exactly what’s pissed me off so much in recent years. Until recently, it was only those who were on benefits I.e. not working that would get free childcare hours ???!!
You know what I think is broken
That children of working parents have to pay for holiday club, breakfast club and after school club, in order to be able to keep working when children are off school etc
But the children of parents who don’t work, get those things for free even though they don’t need them because they’re home and can look after their children
These ‘benefits’ should be for those who work full time. Not the other way round
