@Iam_MrIdeas @etsedafeamekpor Or better still, scrap all taxes on sanitary towels to make them permanently affordable. Free distribution is great, but with a growing population, future governments may struggle to sustain it. Tax exemption is a more sustainable long-term solution.

One of the things I am finding difficult to make sense of is this issue of the NDC backtracking on LI 2462.

The NDC including President Mahama was emphatic that they will repeal LI 2462 when they come into Government.

Since they were elected, they have backtracked on this, without so much as an honest and intelligent conversation with the people of Ghana as to why they are doing a U-Turn.

So far the President has done well in keeping several of the other promises. Why not this? What has changed?

Treat us with respect and come clean on why we are not keeping our promises to the environment. We need answers.
