@BenniKim Wasn’t that part of the crisis in January tho? General cost of living including water shortages created by mismanagement/overuse? How sustainable can that 50% be?
@Big_Orrin@shaleington Yes, thats basically their job. If they didn’t, it would be more of a massive news and worldwide scare. Just carry your passport same as you would have to in Japan ie. Additionally context matters, most deff ICE would be scaled back in the cities with Wold Cup games.

@Henrik115@andrainkomsten My interpretation is that the annual cap of 7koz is until 46k oz is reached, after that, there is no annual cap & 25% of all production during the life of the mine and within the stream area (20km) is to be sold to Triple Flag. I'll shoot an email to investor relations to confirm
@Henrik115@andrainkomsten through most of the cap, meaning Ph2 will hit the lifetime cap within ~2 years and then Triple Flag gets uncapped 25% deliveries for the remaining ~10-15 years of mine life. This significantly changes the economics: the cap provides far less protection than initially appears 3/3
@Henrik115@andrainkomsten Triple Flag has received approximately 38,000 oz to date (34,000 oz under the stream + 4,000 oz from prepayments), leaving only ~8,000 oz until the 46,000 oz cap is exhausted. The cap started in 2020 when Phase 1 began and applies to all ATO prod—Phase 1 has already burned 2/3
