President William Ruto's daughter, Cullie Chepng'etich Ruto, has graduated from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

She is President Ruto's first child to study abroad, as all his other children have studied at local universities.

During the Kalasha International Film & TV Awards in May, President Ruto publicly apologized to Cullie for discouraging her from pursuing film after high school, despite it being something she was deeply passionate about.
