I’ve just learnt that there is a river called the Sagana River, which should serve the people of Kilifi with fresh water. However, it is alleged that a certain individual has acquired all the water rights to the Sagana River through the former governor, who is currently the Speaker. The river belongs to the community, but apparently, the water doesn’t. 🤦🏽‍♂️
