You may think this is some rural outpost deep in some remote village, but NO!

This is Katani Centre, a once vibrant settlement in Muthwani Ward, Mavoko Constituency, Machakos County, just a few kilometres from Mombasa Road and right behind JKIA.

I wonder how elected leaders sleep when the situation on the ground is like this.
