Additionally my personal details were hacked through their certified x account. I agree they are clearly using bots or automated responses

@jlinc_@tapairportugal Have you got your luggage yet? I’m desperate to get mine now but am still having little to no contact from TAP. The only time they respond is if I put a public message and then they just respond generically with no actual action. I’m at a loss!

@SamSen@tapairportugal I agree! They could have saved so much anxiety by a simple communication. Instead they seem to ignore the well being of all of their customers. It’s deeply concerning
