Every young Nigerian doctor wants their patient insured. Standard of care is frustrated by out of pocket payment. There should just a balance, you don't need to bring your healthy kid for drugs because you want to use your premium. It's called Moral hazard in health financing

@Crochetelo_ It’s not as inconvenient as you’d think for lots of people honestly. A lot of people CHOOSE to come at night. The onus falls on hospitals to specify exact clinic hours or hire enough staff but I think people should also attempt to be considerate.
