@Entrelares Estoy en una situación similar. Tenemos que llevar los papeles a la sucursal y no hay forma de obtener cita presencial. El gestor online nos dice q tenemos q ir en persona pero que no nos puede dar cita y nadie coge el teléfono de la oficina. Tb CaixaBank.
