I will never understand how a c section is not treated in the same manner as any other major abdominal surgery.

The expectation that women should be able to care for a newborn, get up and deal with it, with a bit of paracetamol onboard.

Avoid @TrutexLtd if possible. School trousers ordered 2 weeks ago, nearly a week to come, didn’t fit, can’t send back if no printer, website says you can but does not then give you the option, now sending me one, a week later not here postage £4.98 that is not refunded

Luckily diagnosed relatively young but a shame I’ve been waiting 5 months for treatment and still hasn’t started! 😢 Stories like this one are terrifying and so sad!

@battyberd @IronOverloadUK I managed to get the test pretty quickly and have been referred for fortnightly venesection but been waiting ages for the hospital to get in touch for the first appointment- my GP is supposedly chasing it for me.

@Teacherglitter We did an assembly about all of the above (secondary) to make them think about it a bit more. BUT also pointed that we could still enjoy the football whilst also considering the issues and taking the chance to highlight them.

@MissG_psych Teacher guilt is the worst! And the thought of setting cover and the emails you will have when you go back, but if you’re poorly you have to rest and get better! Hope you’re feeling better soon!
