@ATTHelp (cc @Cloudflare) AT&T Fiber residential, static IP: 32% packet loss + 112ms latency to Cloudflare *right now*, ~0.75 Mbps download (Google = 4.6ms/0% on the same line). AT&T Mobility — same AS7018, same Cloudflare Miami (MIA) colo — is fast even at 1 bar. It was 18%/52ms a few hours ago, so it's worsening at peak. My residential fiber's Cloudflare peering port in Miami is saturated. Need Tier-2/IP NOC — can DM circuit + IP.
@Hertz So move someone from main line to Gold. Or have the main line alternate between Gold and main. Customers are making it all the way through the main line while a single Gold customer moves 1 spot up.
@Hertz the Gold line at FLL has 1 employee and the main line has 3. Main line is moving significantly faster while all the Gold customers wait 20+ mins. Employees and managers don't seem to care. Gold customers are pissed. Unacceptable customer service.
@ovh_support_us How is this incident still unresolved over a month later? We've had to migrate realtime services to @Vultr to avoid losing VoIP customers due to packet loss! (50% infra cost increase!) Not risking migrating back until this is resolved.

@ovh_support_us but no estimate? it's hard to run a stable business on unknowns. I really don't want to have to switch providers entirely but the lack of communication, so that we at least know what to expect, is pretty terrible.
@ovh_support_us why are you still having backbone issues after more than a week? I am having to move customer VoIP workloads to another provider until you get your s*** together! https://t.co/V2ozsizpks
@ovh_support_us I see intermittent latency across multiple product lines across both US centers simultaneously when the issues occur. My server specifics are irrelevant. I am asking for an update on the incident open on your status page since 9/25. It is now 10/7.
@telnyx Our customers are unhappy that caller name has not been working for over 2 days now. Your status page has also not been updated, and your support staff says they don't have any additional info. Please help us understand when it will be fixed, why it's still broken, and why we aren't receiving frequent communication updates about a production issue.
I agree here. Some of the best devs I know don't love Nest - even _hate_ Nest. But I think DK doesn't have enough visibility for others to even really know it exists. Exposure needs to increase. Unfortunately idk how.
I just asked ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok for TS backend framework options, and not one mentioned DK. Same with a Google search.
The popularity of the others (Nest, Express, Fastify, tRPC, Hono, etc.) drives tutorials & articles & videos & SO questions, etc ... which in turn drives SEO.
Personally, DK helps my startups' applications fly (perf) and majorly improves release cadency & DX. I've talked about how great it is to all my engineer friends. Maybe I should be asking them why they haven't tried it yet...
Clearly the summaries need work. @MKBHD wasn't commenting on @Starlink's appearance 😂 @Apple perhaps summarization should cluster on collapse ID instead of across ALL notifications from an app, considering they are often completely unrelated?
So annoyed with @Apple: I downloaded Dark Matter before heading to the airport, but first 2 episodes showed already downloaded from before. Except I get to plane & they say expired. Ok no problem, I'll just renew download. But wait! You have to delete & redownload. 😡 @tim_cook
@elonmusk I truly believe Apple cares about privacy. Based on the keynote, I expect (1) requests to ChatGPT will always require user opt in, and (2) for those not using ChatGPT premium, Apple will proxy requests through their servers & not provide OpenAI w/ user's identity.
