Worst customer service record goes to @EE - Now on again, I need another SIM but told it has to be posted. So 5/12 earliest to me, then 7/12 post to my son. If that works it’s nearly two weeks… family accounts don’t work and EE doesn’t work… 4/4
Worst customer service record goes to @EE - aparently the QR code failed cos of the sim we left in the shop had been incorrectly activated. Finally 1/12 I get a new sim sent to him via courier (ie not to me). Arrived 2/12 but doesn’t activate. Wait 24 hours but still bust… 3/n
Worst customer service record goes to @EE - … 27/9 EE disabled (apparently activating the first sim). Lots of to and fro with no progress. EE send a QR code sim which arrives 30/9 so try to activate remotely, fails of course … 2/n
Worst customer service record goes to @EE - Son lost sim on 22/9 at Uni, family account but replacement comes to me and he cannot go in store. That sim arrives 24/9. He comes home 25/9 but it is a dud. Store gives new sim which works for three days and then dies … 1/n
@CanadaLifeUKadv do you actually answer the phone? My 80 year old mother has spent hours calling to try and cash in her bond. No reply. Email ignored too.

@bt_uk No. Problem is either first or second network hop so I’m the exchange. Engineer today closed the fault apparently without a fix. The image I attached to the first tweet demonstrates the issue clearly
