Tim Fu is utilizing a combination of Genetic Algorithm and Diffusion AI workflow to create an optimal solution!

Here's how the process works:

1) Using a selection process that mimics evolution called Genetic Algorithm, Tim is optimizing the terraced residential unit typologies considering architectural considerations such as maximizing courtyard solar exposure, GFA, and minimizing unit view obstruction to neighboring buildings.

2) To produce photoreal rendering, Diffusion AI is streamlined and incorporated into the workflow.

3) Once the massing is optimized and fixed, Diffusion AI rapidly explores material, color, and style variation to provide a range of options.
