At the Press Corp briefing held two days ago, the President made reference to two contradictory headlines that he read from the same newspaper within just 48 hours.

One about how the President is getting the economy right and the second day, about how the economy is now in tantrums and how the President has lost grisp.

He specifically mentioned the authors of the two opinions which I cannot correctly recall.

He said he still has the papers on his table at home.

The Tinubu that knew all the jokes about Iya Alakara and when people called him T-pain is not the type you would say doesn’t read papers or know what is happening in the country.

What I will agree with is the fact that there is too much sycophancy around him and that applies to every president in the world.
