Been looking at the Human Library website recently, and it seems so heartfelt and honest. I think it could be a useful tool for providing empathetic lenses in the classroom. Go check it out!

@CrazyPln A3: Truthfully, I wouldn't know. All students are integrated into the same classrooms and information about learning accommodations is kept private.
@CrazyPln A2: I am uncertain about the types of classes, but we have an entire center dedicated to advocating for students in the classroom and helping them receive accommodations.
Y'all should follow @MissDungan@sdteaching@CalmClassroom @HadjioannouX @DanlingF. Kelley and Eric are truly inspirational, and Danling and Xenia's work on translanguaging is powerful. I also love the mindful resources from calm classroom! #pstpln#EDUC330#FF
I found this amazing website which has a concise pdf about translanguaging: what it is and how it works in both primary and secondary education. Go give it a read!

@GentrupJacob Hey, Jacob! I always like to ask questions when I give feedback: "do you think this would work better here or not?" It gives a chance for the student to justify their choice while deciding if *they* want to change something.

@NatalieCorn44 Hey, Natalie! I've seen the Remind app used as a tool to communicate in groups or individually with students (mostly for field trips or clubs). I'd be interested to see methods of communicating with parents, though.

@kayla_hunter_14@DrSumreen_STEM@coolcatteacher Creating strong, meaningful partnerships between students has been such a strong practice for me. Ask students to know their partners and push each other. Have these partner groups last for several weeks sometimes. Students caring about each other is powerful.

Today I had the opportunity to see students collaborate in a classroom and deduce their own conclusions for unfamiliar terminology. It was incredible to see! #pstpln#celebratemonday#EDUC331
Hey, everyone! I'm David Hayes and I'm studying to be an English and Spanish teacher. For this challenge, I'm looking forward to understanding the educational community better and how I can actualize myself as the teacher my future students need me to be. #EDUC331#pstpln
