When the leaked tapes from the situation room revealed Stephen Miller was trying to get rid of habeas corpus, I took the liberty of editing my interview.

They’re already getting rid of habeas corpus and due process in the 26 Federal Plaza detentions, once they’re sent to another state. The only chance these folks have is filing a writ. But so many don’t have lawyers and don’t know about it. Volunteers at the court are trying their best to file immediately.

Another thing I learned in the months I filmed there. Anyone who is in the United States has the constitutional right to due process, if they are a citizen or not!

She must be forced to testify the moment that Democrats retake control of Congress.

The contrast between Michelle and Melania could not be starker. The former is compassionate, brilliant, and deeply empathetic. The latter is cold, incompetent, and shockingly comfortable hanging out with pedophiles. So comfortable in fact, she married one.

Black teenagers arrested at local festival—for making people "uncomfortable."
