Hi, XStocks support is available, but if it’s not showing for you yet, it’s often due to your device falling out of sync. You basically need to manually synchronize your Ledger device, check firmware and app updates, then reconnect. Are you seeing an error when trying to access it?

Why can’t the new Ledger Gen5 connect to OKX Wallet via Bluetooth?

All my other Ledger devices can connect to OKX without any issues, but this one can’t. Is this a compatibility issue or a bug?
