How long does it take for a venue to respond to a customer service issue @ATGTICKETS ? You acknowledged the email on the 22 November last year, and there is still no response 2 months later! Terrible customer service!

Well, @Ticketmaster or @TicketmasterUK have done it again. Having received an email about being successful in the ballot for the Coronation Concert, I had to log in and join a queue. Then got booted out several times. I have no tickets. So disappointing 😢
