I am saddened and outraged by the overnight gunfire attack on Beth Avraham Yosef synagogue in Thornhillโa brazen act of antisemitic hate and religious intimidation. Places of worship must remain sacred, safe havens in Canada. When they are targeted, our religious freedoms erode. This violence must be unequivocally condemned and swiftly stopped. It's sad day for our country when police protection is required for places of worship.
