If your people do something extraordinary off duty, such as a rescue, how you about post a photo of them because, maybe, you're proud of them? It is amazing, the number of departments that don't do a quick photo post.

Make sure your supporters have the right media images they need to help promote your cause. It shows they understand what is happening. e.g., Photo of FDNY rigs in a promo to keep a Texas engine company from being closed.

Everyone on social media wants to have more information than everyone else so they can get engagement.
