The Kilpatrik book really helped me to understand how and why PA is critical. And why trying to memorize sight words is not helpful.

@laurfoll @AdrianaLaGrange Public Charter schools serve public students within the public system. Public charters are more accountable to the public than other schools. They do not charge tuition and serve a diverse population. These innovative schools are quite different from American charter schools.
