@brocansky So right, Michelle! I schedule 5, 1-hr recorded mtgs every semester which seems to be the sweet spot. I show up 15 min early to greet everyone. I include affective domain and collaborative activities and lite lecture + group work on 3-4 topics I preload from item analysis (IA)
