Wait... am I wrong on Prop D?
Highest rate applies only if an exec makes >600x the company’s median employee comp.

If company median were $64.5K (AVG US salary), the 800% increase would start only if an exec makes ~$38.7M (including stock/options)

On $100M of taxable SF gross receipts:
• >100x: ~$21K → ~$183K
• >600x: ~$125K → ~$1.12M

Or am i mistaken?
