@Buydirectsports@AnandAdiyody how?
we (general population) aren’t taking anything away from elites.
we aren’t a threat
we are consumers/workers
my issue with this is i just don’t see any benefit for the elites to cull the population
@OwenJBaker @WSJ by reducing rate of films cinemas could benefit by films feeling like an event again, as they did in the heyday of cinema.
hence encouraging people to visit cinema’s and pay (huge) prices for snacks as it feels special.
in gaps just screen classics of past to keep revenue
@OwenJBaker @WSJ do you think a pipeline gap is a problem?
to me, anecdotally people wait for films to come to streaming rather than going to cinema. only exception is a huge film that has hype and ‘needs’ to be seen at cinema
@Buydirectsports@AnandAdiyody genuine question:why now?
the birthrate has been decreasing for the best part of 20years, worldwide birthdates are down, many believe we are heading towards population collapse. why all things considered would they cull the pop now? not to mention reduce ppl to make money off
@tonycmk@autosport motogp is a completely different animal sprint would work (in my opinion)
i just don’t get why. motogp doesn’t usually suffer from the lack of overtakes/massive leading margins that many other motorsports have. so what’s the point ?
@Iakwasny i’m very skeptical of this.
the media has been calling for the russian people to vote out putin for sometime.
how do you do that?
by running a propaganda campaign making said leader impossible to vote for… p3d0/h0m0sexuality in russian society sure does that
@CookingWithMe15@wtf1official imagine you want to take your partner and kids to watch f1. it’s an absolute crazy amount of money that ultimately blocks huge percentage of fans.
who can afford these HUGE prices? celebrities who aren’t necessarily as interested in racing as they are exposure
@bryanboy can we stop acting like these ‘stans’ are real humans?
anyone that obsessed with someone they don’t know, let alone never have met is mentally ill
they live vicariously through these ppl & attack anyone brutally for saying anything remotely negative. it’s mental illness
@relasine it’s strange to me why people aren’t asking why white middle school boys are on that ‘pipeline’?
evidently they are finding something in the right that isn’t in the left.
if it’s a problem then the left need to implement the things from the right that attract those boys
@Hezbolsonaro this is the point people should ask why? why are young boys gravitating towards such people. what is missing for them from more mainstream schools of thought.
it’s far too easy to point fingers but evidently they are finding something in such people they are not elsewhere.
@Bruhnsy @ConfuddledKoala @frank_trainor @GmanickyNicky @FlatHenryMedia maybe for you. but for teams it’s everything. one position (which danny ric cost them last year) can cost them millions. prize money and sponsorship
@mabdinur85@vic_cupra @MattyWTF1 agreed. i think mclaren seems too interested in having ‘cool’ ‘hip’ drivers.
think they could do with a more experienced driver to take them to the next level
@Sainz55F @vick_second @ricciardopics you saying this to someone’s disagreeing with a post which says about danny rics looks … who’s the fan of a driver ?
danny ric is cool but he cost mclaren the championship position last year. bored of ppl using his looks or one win to justify underperformance
