@cboehm Exactly. All they have to do is make sure all the Washington area teams traveling to Richmond for the "Washington Area Girls Soccer" tournament have games no earlier than 10am, then let families decide on their own whether to commute or risk hotels, restaurants, etc...

@philamaniac @Zone_14 Time, place, and manner restrictions on speech have to be content neutral. This clearly was not. Principal didn't suspend anyone who took pictures at school and posted them on social media. Only those who put the school in a "bad light" were punished. Core 1st Am issue.
