No Norris winner has ever missed the playoffs in NHL history without leading in points. If you still have him over Bouchard you should have your brain checked

Bouchard should win the Norris because he leads all defencemen in scoring, drives elite 55%+ possession and expected goal rates at 5v5, posts one of the league’s best on-ice goal differentials. The only reason he isn’t the frontrunner is narrative bias not performance.
