FHLB Des Moines is proud to be part of the capital campaign for the addition of workforce housing in Waukee! @GDM_Habitat is building affordable housing including the nonprofit's first townhomes in Iowa to bring more dense housing near job centers in the Des Moines metro.

Today, we celebrated the groundbreaking at Walnut Crossing, a new affordable housing neighborhood in Waukee that will feature 48 townhomes. This partnership with the @CityofWaukee will give local families an opportunity to establish roots and build generational wealth.
