On phone to @VirginAustralia for 1hr, 27mins. Argued my case to 2 different people. 1 flight refunded (6 hour scheduled time change = can't use flight). 2nd flight is not refundable because it wasn't changed by them. BUT IT'S THE OUTBOUND FLIGHT FOR THE SAME TRIP.
