Food for thought: small infrastructure bill will create jobs. Assume they are all middle class. In Chicago that's around 100k per family, or 5800/mo after tax. Child care X2 kids = 3000. House: 1900; groceries 387+ 600 in bills an other expenses. #progressiveBillIsNotWrong
