而吕良伟每天扎马步，这是臀腿最好的抗阻训练，他拍打穴位，每个关节窝拍打九下，一天拍九遍，他还拉筋，筋长一寸命多十年，他练呼吸，让气血循环顺
畅，面色红润，身体无恙，这些普通人都可以做，而且不受天气影响，他还敲天鼓，防耳聋耳鸣，最后的视频里有他的示范

发哥都有糖尿病了，还要吃米饭，这样胰岛素抵抗就不会消失，再瘦也不能降血糖
只能靠药物维持了，

吕良伟的一套保养方法再加一个平板支撑或俯卧撑就更完美了，年纪大了肌肉流失很快，很多关节疾病有些是肌肉无力支撑造成的，
有研究表明，长寿的人握力很强，所以力量训练是抗衰的重要一环
总之饮食方面要控糖，运动适当，以抗阻运动为主，拍打穴位，拉筋，练呼吸
