@BotswanaEnjoyer@duga404@ClarkMyWords@pliirp@TrueSlazac Higher rates encourage spending in development. If you're only going to be allowed to keep $20 of that $100 you earned if you spend none of it it doesnt hurt as much if you spend half on investment only down $10 in your pocket. If you would have kept $80 though it hurts more.
@Barak_Io@viking_gumball Here's what will happen. Exec 1: "Hey look the Germans are paying just as much for our drug as the Americans are." Exec 2: "Ooh record profits we should use some of that to change the drug a little bit to keep the patent and use the rest to inflate stock with buybacks."
@LemonLi92541098@User729@CzarOfLiberty@AezzieUwU Hey so like there isn't a single county in the country where a single individual can make effectively make ends meet on $15 an hour at 40 hours a week. And you want the wage to be lower than $7.25?
@CzarOfLiberty@AezzieUwU And is every company complaining about no one wanting to work anymore raising wages and benefits until they find someone. Or are they just complaining that no one wants to work for the little they're willing to give
@PatrickHeizer@Yellow_Dog1959 I started getting into the market around 2019. At that point the 100 year average was 9.8% so the return rate over 100 years has gone up .7% within the last 7 years. If you bought at the peak right before 08 the market has returned over 23% a year. Thats irrational.
@TTeigen329@Devsthetix Like every single foodstuff that is high in vitamins is mostly carbs. You have the gut length of an omnivore not an obligate carnivore. Literally designed to eat mostly vegetation. Thats not that you can't eat meat but it isn't the primary source
@TTeigen329@Devsthetix Glucose that isnt burned immediately turns into glycogen and then fat. Fat that isnt burned immediately is stored as guess what fat. Lion stomach acid is 1 to 2. Human is 1.5 to 3.5. Ruminants like cows is 2 to 4. All of our closest relative mainly eat plants.
@TTeigen329@Devsthetix By converting fats and protein. I'll let you figure out whether its easy to turn glucose into glucose or a string of amino acids into glucose
@TTeigen329@Devsthetix "Yea dude you know that macro that is like the body's main source of energy. Yea carbs. Yea you're going to want none of that. It really shocks the muscles when they have to work extra hard just to get fuel they need to do the work."
@Devsthetix Depends on how fat you're starting at. 15% trying to get down to 12% an amount within margin of error. 35% down to 15% you can put on some pounds of muscle.
@UncleCheeki@KyleBumpus@elftummy1489 Sure if gold was only purely used as a hedge against inflation. But its used in electronic manufacturing, jewelry, and bought as a store of wealth. And its not like everyone who's buying gold for safety will hold unto it forever. Scared by gold. Feel safe sell gold
@Andrew86889279@Youliestfu@thirdmetax He started in 2012. Pewdiepie ended 2012 at 1 million ended 2013 at 17.8 million. YouTube was big enough for him to get a million. This is just the misunderstanding that most successful people have in not knowing that most of it is luck.
@KnightWingStyle@RealPostFolder So if the brother doesn't know he's committing fraud unless it's in trust for in which case he has no ability to use the funds. And if the brother does know he can just take it all at any point
@NMemeguy@wdw1439166139@the_P_God That may have been a tad exaggerated. But the point stands that for obesity no individual food is the problem its just the amount. Eating a balanced whole food diet is obviously the goal. But you can lose weight eating candy bars if you limit enough
@wdw1439166139@the_P_God Uh sure ban all food I guess. Because you can get obese eating raw broccoli only. Its a lot fucking harder to do but with dedication and committment you can do it.
@wdw1439166139@the_P_God People drink raw milk. Get sick. Go to hospital take up space. Drain resources for other sick people. People drink pasteurized milk. Don't get sick. Don't drain resources. Society better off. Understand?
@United_Africana So it doesn't inherently. The reason it might be the case is when you're doing a real heavy weight you get scared of injury and end with a lot of reps left on the table (stopping at 5 when you could do 9). Or you're just overtaxing your CNS with heavy and can't recover as fast
