Today, we had the pleasure of hosting Joelle, Founder of Impact Collective, at FID Uganda Head offices in Kampala. Joelle connected with FID Uganda to explore opportunities for collaboration on the implementation of a Leadership Development Program in Uganda.
It was a meaningful exchange of ideas, grounded in a shared commitment to strengthening leadership capacity and driving sustainable impact.

Hon. @HellenAdoa : We have established mechanization centers across different regions and provided tractors. However, demand is very high. In some cases, beneficiaries are treating these tractors as personal property.

So many issues noted in this engagement notably the Inadequate financing of the Community Mobilization and Mind Set Change Program which has to date affected attainment of required development outcomes.
