Allentown's "Bubble Man" Chuck Incorvaia passed away last night at 75.

His brother Jim, owner of @JimsSteakout, says Chuck started blowing bubbles there 20 years ago "just to make himself feel better."

A very cold start for the day with wind chills WELL below zero this morning, and down to 30 below across the North Country. Lake effect snow will continue south/southeast of Lake Ontario this morning with limited additional accumulation.

While much of WNY and NCNY could experience icy mixed pcpn tonight and Sunday, a more impactful weather event is set for Sunday night into Monday night. Significant lake snows are forecast to bury parts of the Ern Lake Ontario region, where up to 2 FEET of snow is expected.

Warmer air moving north will generate a mix of wintry precipitation tonight and Sunday. Areas of freezing rain over the western Southern Tier and Finger Lakes region after 1 AM will change to rain, while freezing rain, sleet and snow will be possible Sunday east of Lake Ontario.
