I need to speak with a tech support rep for Uber Ears drivers. There used to be a number to call, but it’s now impossible to reach a person. My issue could be easily resolved if I could just speak to someone. Its unbelievably frustrating how you no longer support your drivers!

@Uber_Support how are you supposed to get support, if your app isn’t working properly? The help feature isn’t working, so I can follow the instructions to reach tech support. What is the number for tech support?

@CA_EDD has the website been down all day? My son has tried all day to certify his weeks, and it’s impossible to get through on the website or the phone. So frustrating for people that really need their benefits ASAP.

@MrCooper told my sister they could differ payment on her mortgage for 3 months, but at the end of 3 months she’d have to pay the full amount differed in full. Seriously! How can they suddenly come up with 3 months mortgage payments when they are laid off the entire time?
