@NWSStLouis Total as of 10:15 a.m. 1/25/26 in Kirkwood (corner of Couch and Craig), just under 9". A little hard to tell with scouring down to under 6", drifting up over 12", so this is about average.
@LakotaMan1 It's a regional thing. If you've grown up on nothing but southern fried foods, you'll love it. If not, it's "meh." I've eaten there a few times when on driving trips. Not my first choice. I will admit that Waffle House is one of my go-to spots for road breakfasts, though.
@w_terrence A better question is whether there is anyone in today's Republican Party for whom I would vote instead of for Gavin Newsom. (and as an independent, I have voted for candidates from both parties and neither party at various times in the past but I've always voted)
@JDVance In MO, 6 of 8 cong. districts are R. Statewide race for Senator was 56%/42% R, not close but nowhere near a 3:1 margin. Don't bitch about D gerrymandering unless you also admit R gerrymandering in red states.
@Suzierizzo1 Low price stations (Sam's Club, Costco, etc.) between $2.65 and $2.73/gallon. Name brands between $2.89 and $2.99/gallon. St. Louis, MO. (Low state gas taxes)
@RepMTG Id10t. Both the original Constitutional language (Article I, Section 2, Clause 3) and the 14th Amendment require counting "persons" not "citizens." Try again. Your proposal is unconstitutional on its face.
@Jim_Jordan Don't come around "The Hill" neighborhood in St. Louis. You'll be insulted by all of the Italian flags flying. What about all of the Confederate flags flying throughout the South? Not to mention German neighborhoods, French neighborhoods, any ethnic neighborhoods. Id10t.
@DonnaBarford Ok, then the fire department won't extinguish the fire when the house burns. The sewer department will disconnect the sewer. Etc. Any other questions?
@SenThomTillis@RobertKennedyJr If you confirm him, I hope all of you GOP Senators like visiting kids suffering in polio wards over the next few years. Just look at what happened in Apia, Samoa, a few years ago when his anti-vax blather led to a measles epidemic there.
@mr_pmcbride@DefiyantlyFree The government (i.e. we taxpayers) paid for the basic research. The companies I worked for paid for the development and commercialization. By the way, I paid taxes along the way, as well.
