@Dannys_Beard @DeanMThomson Actually believe it or not ALL political parties voted to respect the result of the Brexit Referendum - they were so confident Remain would win. It’s why I believe Refs should always have clear majorities as a criteria. Especially an Indy Ref. 60% in favour of Indy is a must.

@JamesAithie If they declare UDI there will be a new NI situation be v careful what you wish for. I am totally opposed to Indy. However the only route to Indy has to be 60% or more of pop in favour. Any less and given toxicity of Scottish politics it’s just too dangerous for any lower fig.

This means even if @theSNP Govt wins in Supreme Court & holds IndyRef2 the UK Govt can turn around & ignore it because they will say ‘well you said it was just advisory in Court’. You couldn’t make this stuff up
